Today we are recognizing Tiffany Hoke for her 1-year milestone accomplishment! Tiffany is an individual program coordinator at The School at Springbrook. As an individual program coordinator, Tiffany works closely with families and advocates of students. One of her fondest memories from her first year at Springbrook was when she received a message of gratitude from the parents of a student she worked with. The parents were hesitant about leaving their child at school but returned to find their child thriving and accomplishing a lot!

Throughout her time at Springbrook, Tiffany has learned always to ask questions, because the best way to support students is to understand the tools they need to thrive. Learning has been the hallmark of Tiffany’s first year at Springbrook: she shares, “Springbrook has helped me grow as an employee and a person. I have seen firsthand that having a disability does not mean inability. Instead, I have learned that everyone can achieve their highest potential when given the right tools.” Thank you, Tiffany, for being such a strong support for students at The School!
