This Meditation Monday, do a little writing for stress release. Writing about what you feel stressed about is one approach to starting a journal, while another is jotting down what you’re grateful for. Gratitude may help relieve anxiety by focusing your thoughts on what is positive in your life. Another exercise could be writing a letter to a friend or family member. During this time of social distancing, it’s a nice way to tell someone you’re thinking of them.

If you aren’t able to write, record a voice memo, or sketch how you are feeling. It can be empowering to let your feelings out in any way you are comfortable or capable of producing!
