Make, Paint, Create Challenge

This is a two-part challenge! First, paint a picture using homemade finger paint. Find a recipe for the paint here or use your own. Then, show us your best hand washing techniques by creating a video of you washing the paint off your hands. Be creative and feel free to add music or props. Be sure to practice social distancing while producing and recording the video. You will earn 10 entries for homemade paint, one entry for each picture painted, and 10 entries for a custom wash your hands’ video. The most creative video will also be awarded 10 entries into the prize drawing. Remember to Attach links to your submission email on Monday.

Participate in the Eye-Spy Challenge

Click Here to download this weekend’s I-spy board. Mark off as many squares as you can by working together as a team. Discover ways to find items like going for a van ride, taking a safe walk in a large area, or by finding them virtually. 10 entries are put into the prize drawing for each completed board.

Mighty Minutes Tracker

Use this sheet to track the minutes of movement. We are focusing on your weekend minutes, but there will be extra credit for doing it every day of the coming week. An individual prize will be given to the person displaying the most improvement.

Cooking Challenge

This week Chef Alyssa and her Sous Chef Ethan are making blue chocolate chip cookies for Autism Awareness month. Be sure to watch their hilarious cooking show and follow along to create your own cookies. Ingredients needed to make the cookies are flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, sugar, corn starch, blue food coloring, butter, Crisco, white vinegar, eggs, and white chips. 10 entries will be awarded for each residence who watch the Chef Alyssa’s cooking show, make blue cookies, and submit a picture of the final project.
