This year, for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Appreciation Week, we are collecting messages of gratitude and anecdotes about DSPs at Springbrook. We have already received submissions, and today, we are sharing a message from Kim MacPherson to all of The School at Springbrook’s DSP staff. Kim shared, “Thank you for going the extra mile, taking the extra minute to help the students with their daily skills, and teaching them to be as independent as possible. The gratitude and appreciation are endless.”
