Today, we celebrate Rielly Hoare, Assistant Residential Manager at Johnston Circle, for reaching his 5-year milestone with Springbrook! Rielly began his journey with limited experience in the field, but quickly discovered the true heart of the work, which was building genuine connections with the people he supports.
One of his most powerful lessons came early on: that the people he serves are not defined by limitations, but by their personalities, passions, and goals, just like anyone else. This realization reshaped his career path and strengthened his commitment to making a difference every day.
Rielly shares this advice for new team members:
“Ask questions, never assume, and leave your ego at the door. You don’t know what you’re getting into until you’re doing it, but this work will change you for the better. Dive in, seek mentorship, and remember this is more than a job—it’s a life choice.”
