Today we are recognizing Paul Lawrence for his 1-year milestone accomplishment! Paul is the assistant director of community homes at Springbrook. Being new to the nonprofit sector, Paul has learned a lot this past year! He is grateful for an improved work-life balance and the opportunity to spend more time with his family outside of work. Paul advises new Springbrook employees to “open your mind and heart, and you will see how you have made a difference in the lives of the people we support.”
