Today, we celebrate Mandy VanWormer, Training Coordinator, for reaching her 10-year milestone at Springbrook! In her role, Mandy guides new employees as they begin their journey, helping them learn how to approach their work with compassion, patience, and understanding. Her ability to connect with others and share her experience has had a lasting impact on countless staff members and the people they support.
