On August 17, 2023, Springbrook-affiliated support brokers gathered at the inaugural Broker Conference, Leading Powerful Self-Directed Services: Brokerage in Action, for a day of learning. The conference included sessions on employment and housing and took place at SUNY Broome Community College in Binghamton. Lunch was provided, and the day was filled with opportunities to learn innovative practices with practical application in self-directed services.
