Today we are recognizing Lacey Bice for her 15-year milestone accomplishment! Lacey is a direct support professional at a Springbrook community home and has built relationships with many people over the years. Lacey fondly remembers working with a woman and accompanying her while shopping, going out to restaurants, or just hanging out and talking. She also gave her a weekly manicure and pedicure, which the woman absolutely loved. Lacey has great memories of her time working with this woman.
A lesson Lacey has learned is to give everyone a chance to be themselves and to help them feel comfortable because everyone is different, and you never know what you will discover. Lacey finds joy in helping others and making a difference in people’s lives and has loved working at Springbrook for the past 15 years. Congratulations, and thank you for your dedication, Lacey!
