Jessica Jester has been working at Springbrook for almost ten years. She began as a shared classroom aide, progressed onto a classroom aide, then a teaching assistant, and a behavior specialist assistant. Now, she has achieved her goal of becoming a certified behavior analyst. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology and a Master’s in Behavior Analysis through Springbrook Scholars. She earned both degrees in a total of four years, with hard work and support from Traci Lanner and the behavior team at The School at Springbrook. Jessica shares that she was motivated to achieve her degrees because of the students at The School, who have grown, learned new skills, and overcome obstacles through the help of the behavior team at Springbrook. Jessica is grateful for all the support she has received from staff at The School and is excited to embark on this next journey in her career! Congratulations, Jessica, on passing your BCBA exam. We cannot wait to see the impact you will continue to make as a Behavior Analyst.
