Congratulations, Andrea Aikins for your 10 Year Springbrook Milestone! Andrea is an energetic Direct Support Professional and has been working at the Hayes Street Community Home for her entire 10 years at Springbrook. She has also helped at the South Broad Community Home when they need extra staffing. Andrea shares that since working for Springbrook she has learned to not only care for the individuals she supports, but everyone in the community as well. Andrea loves what she does and can’t imagine her life without providing support for all the residents at Hayes Street. We asked Andrea what her favorite part of working at Springbrook is and she said, “the smile on the resident’s faces when I walk in the door. They always greet me with a smile and say, ‘Hi Aikins!’” Thank you for your years of service, Andrea!
