Today, we celebrate Adrian Beares for reaching her 5-year milestone at Springbrook! Adrian has made a lasting impact through compassion, inclusivity, and dedication to the people she supports as the Assistant Residential Manager at Highland.
One of Adrian’s most meaningful experiences was supporting someone through a very difficult time. In doing so, she formed a deep connection with them and their family, a bond that has touched her heart forever
Adrian shares this advice for new team members:
“Watch what goes on around you and see how staff interact with the people we support. Read their plans and be consistent—it is the key to bonding and making your time here better. Help your coworkers, and they will help you. Many hands make light work.”
