Springbrook Announces 2026 Day of Giving: A Community-Wide Campaign to Support People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Oneonta, NY – May 11, 2026 – Springbrook, a leading provider of services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is proud to announce its annual Day of Giving campaign, taking place from May 20 at 12 p.m. through May 21 at 12 p.m. This 24-hour online fundraising event brings together supporters across the community to invest in the people and programs that make Springbrook strong.

While the official celebration spans 24 hours, donors are encouraged to give early and continue contributing through May 22 to help reach this year’s goal. Throughout the campaign, Springbrook will share real-time updates, highlight powerful impact stories, and celebrate the collective generosity of its community.

Gifts made during the Day of Giving support The Springbrook Fund—the Foundation’s unrestricted fund that provides critical resources for programs and initiatives that enhance quality of life for the people Springbrook supports. These funds make a meaningful difference across a wide range of opportunities, including programs such as Special Olympics, The HELP Committee, and Parent and Family Engagement initiatives.

Every contribution helps create meaningful experiences, strengthen connections, and ensure that the people supported by Springbrook can continue to learn, grow, and actively participate in their communities.

Supporters are invited to visit the Day of Giving campaign page to learn more, make a gift, and explore videos that showcase the impact of their generosity in action.

Springbrook’s Day of Giving is more than a fundraiser—it is a celebration of community, connection, and the shared commitment to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every gift, no matter the size, helps move this mission forward.
