This Situation Saturday we are highlighting some updates from the Ford on Main project! A great deal of progress has been made on the elevator shaft construction. As part of ADA compliance, the elevator supports the four units reserved as integrated housing for people receiving services from the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The elevator will also make the building easily accessible to the other 20 affordable, market-rate residential units.
