Mary has spent the past decade helping people grow in their independence and succeed in the workplace. “After working with people for a significant amount of time, I see their improvements. I always let them know that I notice—it makes their day and mine.” Mary’s journey with Springbrook has shaped her in many ways.
Her advice to those interested in joining the employment services team? “Start out with Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or Self-Directed Services (SDS) and see if you like it. HCBS will get you used to the program, and SDS can be a way to advance!”
