Take the first STEP into your education with Springbrook’s Training & Education Program.
Springbrook STEP is now offering a tuition-free DSP Human Services Education Program through SUNY Oneonta. This program is designed to provide knowledge about human services – specifically, working with families and individuals with developmental disabilities.
This program includes 5 classes (15 credits) that provide knowledge to employees working in the Human Services field; and can use the credits earned toward a degree program. Classes begin at the end of May (Summer 2023 Session). Employees enrolled in this program will attend 2 classes each week for 15 weeks. Classes will be held on either the Main Campus or Oneonta Campus.
In addition to being tuition-free, employees in this program will be considered working and will be clocked in during the scheduled classes. So you will be PAID to go to school!
Upon successful completion of the program, employees will receive a $.50/hr increase!
