GRANT GUIDELINES

The Springbrook Foundation partners with Springbrook to enhance high-quality programs, build capacity, seize opportunities, and ensure the long-term success of Springbrook.  The Foundation’s grant fund was developed to provide financial support to affiliates and programs to meet the ever-changing needs of the people we support through the development and implementation of innovative and strategic initiatives and projects that result in high quality supports.  All grant applications should complement the Springbrook mission and demonstrate how they will accomplish this overarching goal.

The Springbrook Foundation’s grant cycle is year-round.  Staff intending to submit a grant application are strongly encouraged to review the Springbrook Foundation Grant Policy and the Grant Application Instructions.  Information contained in these documents include:

• Funding parameters;
• Specific information on how to complete the grant application;
• Contact information for questions regarding the process, application, and technical guidance.
