The Family Engagement Center (FEC)
A welcoming space for families, friends, and the entire Springbrook community!
The FEC opened on July 20, 2017, made possible through the generosity of many supporters. The center enhances the experience of families visiting loved ones on our main campus and also serves as a hub for programs, events, and essential guests services—including the check-in point for all campus visitors.
Designed to feel like home, the FEC provides warm, comfortable environments that support meaningful visits, gatherings, and overnight stays. Families and friends may reserve a private suite or book one of several shared spaces for events or quality time together.
New in 2025/26
The Family Engagement Center will now be managed by the Springbrook Foundation. We look forward to continuing to offer a welcoming, supportive space for our entire community. To reflect this transition, several policies and procedures have been updated. Please review the new guidelines before booking your visit:

Guest Suites
Our guest suites provide a quiet, welcoming environment for family visits and may be reserved for a maximum of 3 nights. Each suite includes:
- Sheets & pillows
- Towels & washcloths
- Shampoo, conditioner & body wash
- Handicap-accessible shower
- Free, high-speed internet
- Individual climate control
- Mini fridge
- Television
- Telephone
- Table, chairs & workspace
- Iron & ironing board
- Access to all kitchen amenities
Shared Spaces
- Great Room—A large, flexible room ideal for birthday parties, workshops, receptions, movie nights, and more.
- Quiet Room—A small, cozy space perfect for peaceful visits and conversation.
- Game Room—A fun, interactive space to spend quality time together.
- Kitchen—Reserve it on its own or add it to another space for meal preparation, cooking, or event support
