You will get back 100% of your payment. You will be notified at least 24 hours before the event. I will provide my own tent. I understand that if I did not select an add on for an 8’ table and/or chair(s) that I will provide day of. All tents must be properly weighted down, no steaks as it is a park rule. Setup time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Teardown begins at 4:00 p.m. Early pack-ups are not permitted except in emergencies. I am responsible for removing my own trash and materials. Springbrook Foundation is not responsible for loss, theft, or damages. I will comply with NY sales tax requirements for vendors. I will allow Springbrook Marketing Department to take photos of my booth to potentially post on their social media. I allow Springbrook Marketing Department to tag my booth in social posts leading up to the event.
