Stephanie says, “I don’t think I have met someone who can remain calm and collected in difficult situations the way that Amanda Steinert does. I have had the absolute pleasure to partner with Amanda in meetings and her insight and suggestions are creative and well-thought-out. Recently, I was the AOC and Amanda was the ADOC. I felt that she was one step ahead of me every time I asked her about task completion or a follow-up to staff. I greatly appreciate being on Amanda’s team and I hope she recognizes the positive impact she has on not only the Community Homes department but the organization as a whole. Thank you, Amanda!”
