Today we are recognizing Adam Remillard for his 15-year milestone accomplishment! Adam is the residential director for GEMS Residential & Day School and the Tom Golisano Center for Autism. Throughout his time at Springbrook, Adam has continued to learn and grow—he is a Springbrook Scholar who received his certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the University of Rochester. Adam highlights the day the Golisano program officially opened as one of the most memorable moments from his Springbrook career, stating, “it was an exciting, scary, and happy moment all at once.”

When asked about advice to share with new Springbrook employees, Adam encouraged everyone to “be compassionate and empathetic of the ideas, thoughts, and opinions of others. This will help you build meaningful relationships with the people you work with every day.” We are grateful for all Adam does to ensure the safety, success, and happiness of all students!
