Parent Group

Parents as Partners

Springbrook has always been committed to working with and supporting the parents and family members of the individuals we serve. We understand that now more than ever, by working together and developing a partnership, the individuals we serve, parents and families, as well as Springbrook can achieve so much more.

Springbrook Parent Association

Springbrook along with a group of parents established the Springbrook Parent Association.  The association meets on a monthly basis and give parents an opportunity to meet other parents, share information, resources and stories.

The Parent Association Mission Statement

We, the families of Springbrook, are committed to partnering with Springbrook to build connections and to enhance the lives of individuals they serve and their families. Our mission is to secure the future of Springbrook for a lifetime.

If you are a parent of an individual receiving services from Springbrook and would like to join the Parent Association or would like more information about the parent association, contact: ParentAssoc@springbrookny.org

Springbrook parents should check the Springbrook Parent Network for meeting dates and times and other news about the Parent Association.

Advocacy & Government Relations

At Springbrook, we know that individuals can and do make a difference in setting public policy.  When groups of people come together, the result can be even more powerful.  Springbrook is committed to tracking legislation, keeping parents, families and constituents informed, and assisting them in learning about the legislative process and how they can be most effective in that process.
