The Adaptive Physical Education program (A.P.E.) at the School at Springbrook is at the core of learning for each of our students. We believe that a healthy body facilitates a student’s eagerness to learn and develop important socialization skills. We strive to offer as many choices as possible so as to provide a solid foundation to students and their families for a lifetime of fitness.

These options include regular physical education activities, pool therapy, and our Adventure Club, which gets students out into the community to enjoy a range of physically and mentally challenging activities.
