On Monday, October 11, 2010, participants from Springbrook's Day Habilitation Programs held their annual Cake-Off  at the Mount Vision United Methodist Church.  Participants from the Day Habs located in Oneonta, Norwich and Cooperstown were split into 15 teams and had only one rule in creating their cakes: NO FOOD!

100_43551-240x300.jpgThere were two categories of judging: Participant and Staff/Community.  The Best in Show for the Participant category was Book Wormby a team from County Club 1 Day Hab in Oneonta.  The Best in Show for the Staff/Community category was Camping designed by participants from the Alice Loomis Center Day Hab in Cooperstown.
