We are seeking a Chief Clinical Officer--Apply Today!

At Springbrook we make the difference in the lives of people of all ages with developmental disabilities. We create opportunity and we change when needs change. We are seeking the right person to take on the position of Chief Clinical Officer.

If you are a proven leader who is analytic yet insightful, pioneering, approaches challenges with optimism, and inspires creativity, then we want to meet you. If you are more comfortable working within boundaries and boxes, this is not the position for you.

In this newly created leadership role you will be expected to:

  • Have expert knowledge of all aspects of patient care and patient safety, standards of Nursing (and other clinical departments) practices, federal and state regulations, and budgeting;
  • Work collaboratively with a strong clinical team of therapists, RNs, and LPNs to provide a continuum of services across Springbrook’s wide-spread service area;
  • Provide smart and deliberate guidance for Springbrook’s care coordination and school-based health clinic;
  • Launch and grow a new Article 16 clinic; and,
  • Prepare Springbrook for the transition to managed care and rate re-structuring while preserving and enhancing our core mission to provide supports and services for a lifetime.

You will join a team of leaders (including the CEO, COO, and Division Leaders) who are bold, resourceful, and mission-driven. We expect you to add your own unique skills and abilities to the team and be ready for the challenges of a role that will be a development position in its first year. You must have an advanced degree and clinical certifications, though we will not define those specifically. This may be a great opportunity for the right person with Healthcare Administration experience/knowledge or a Nurse Practitioner. We encourage you to apply even if you have never considered a role in nonprofit administration.
