New Employee Orientation
To promote the development of a highly skilled team, Springbrook provides paid orientation training to all new employees and offers comprehensive curricula to ensure that all staff become familiar with the services we provide and our guiding principles. The employee orientation program for our direct support professionals includes a mix of classroom courses and hands-on training at their job site. Our training follows, and often exceeds, all New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities guidelines. We provide in-depth training in Medication Administration, Sensitivity, Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Compliance, Fire Safety, Meal Time Planning, and much more.
