The Endicott-Johnson Corporation's influence on the development of the Triple Cities was significant. The company was known for industrial democracy, pioneering the 8-hour workday, and providing employees with affordable housing, medical services, and a wide range of recreational opportunities. It is because of this commitment to a proud legacy and to reviving community through affordable, accessible housing that Springbrook is proud to partner with the Century Sunrise Redevelopment to bring individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities access to exciting new housing options.
