The Century and Sunrise Apartments are the newest venture between Springbrook and the greater Southern Tier region. Situated within the historic  Endicott-Johnson  Corporation factories, these multi-story brick and masonry buildings are part of a  rehabilitation of two long-time vacant structures that will  help to revitalize this up and coming neighborhood.
