July 2018 MyIgnite Health - Push UP! Challenge

The goal of this challenge is to perform push-ups. Since everyone has a different 'starting point' your personal goal is to increase the number of push-ups you do daily by at least 1 or more or as many as the day before. Here is an example of how the challenge works: Day 1: Join the challenge and perform 5 push-ups (or more)! If on Day One, you are already able to perform more than 20 push-ups at one time without breaks, we urge you to try and perform 5 more push-ups to your total each day. For example, 20, 25, 30. Day 2: Increase your goal by accomplishing 1 more push-up than the total of the day before! Daily challenge question: "Did you accomplish your daily goal of increasing your number of push-ups by at least 1 or more or as many as the day before. You can vary this challenge! Use Sit-ups instead of pushups or use both! Completing this challenge earns you 20 points!

  • Create your own goal - make sure to increase your number of pushups (or sit-ups) bu at least one per day!
  • Your goal: Track and increase your daily pushups or sit-ups for 12 out of 18 days
  • Track your progress easily on your MyIgnitehealth portal.  Log in at springbrook.myignitehealth.com
