All positions at Springbrook require the ability to work collaboratively with a interdisciplinary team of professionals who share a desire and commitment to deliver the best in individualized care and services to children and adults with disabilities.
All positions require a high school diploma or GED and valid New York State Driver's License. Most all positions require the ability to lift 40-50 pounds. Some positions require an additional degree or training.
All positions require each employee to attend a 3-day orientation at Springbrook as well as additional training required for the specific job.
