The ultimate goal for most people is to live on their own. Our Community Homes make that goal become a reality for hundreds of people. Homes staffed and operated by Springbrook offer residents a safe place to dream, to relax, and to learn in a way that allows them to look beyond today and into tomorrow.
Like any home across our community, each Springbrook Community Home is a reflection of the people who live there. From Binghamton to Cooperstown, walk into any home and you may find someone watching TV after a long day at work, doing laundry, or heading to dinner and a movie. Everyone who chooses to live at one of Springbrook’s Community Homes takes pride in their independence, their individuality, and has a sense of ownership.

Program Quarterly Update Webinars
These webinars will inform families about news and changes within Community Homes, once every three months:
Community Home’s staff are engaged professionals who facilitate meaningful choice. The range of supports we offer includes 24/7 staffing, on-call nursing support, and a facilities team dedicated to maintaining beautiful homes that people can appreciate. Our goal is to give residents more time for what really matters—being themselves.
For as long as you need us, know that we offer more than a just a house. At Springbrook, we offer a home.
All of Springbrook’s 26 homes are regulated by the New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The people who live in a Community Home may come from residing in another agency, at home, family care, or graduate from school and be ready to move on to the next phase of their life. Springbrook makes the difference by assisting each person in the pursuit of their goals and dreams.
